How do I become a FlavorWiki taster?
How do I verify my account?
After signing up, please check your email to verify your account.
How can I reset my password?
Click here https://tester.flavorwiki.com/forgot-password to reset your password. You will receive an email with instructions. Please check your spam folder and be sure to click the link in the most recent email you received.
Completing a Survey
Please read the instructions for each survey carefully.
How long do I have to complete a tasting survey before it expires?
Each survey specifies how many days you have to finish. The time starts after you complete the screening qualification. You will also receive an email indicating the survey duration.
Do I need to buy the products in order to receive cashback?
Yes. Unless otherwise indicated, you must purchase the exact products specified in the survey.
Where can I find the product?
Some studies indicate where to purchase the product and the requirement for online or in-store purchase. In most cases, the products will be available in major retail and online outlets. We do not have specific distribution information for every product. Please ask our community on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/FlavorWiki/) or Twitter (https://twitter.com/FlavorWiki) if you need help locating a product.
What happens if I get stuck in the survey?
If you get stuck, please refresh your browser. If this does not work, log out and then log back in to access the survey again. It will begin where you left off.
Can I go back and change my answers?
We want authentic answers. Therefore, you are unable to return to previous questions in the survey. If you feel you made a mistake that impacts the results, please contact our support at support@flavorwiki.info.
Do I get a reward for the qualification survey?
No, the reward amount shown next to the qualification survey is what you can earn by taking the tasting survey and reviewing ALL the products.

How much will I receive for completing a tasting survey?
The reward amount is described below the product photo and next to the survey in your dashboard.
How long does it take to get paid?
Payment terms are specified in each survey. It usually takes five business days from submission, but please read each survey carefully as this can vary.
How do I get paid after I finish a tasting survey?
FlavorWiki pays incentives in most countries via PayPal. For countries that do not offer PayPal or where PayPal is not widely used, we also offer payment via prepaid debit cards. Currently we do not offer bank transfers or other payment types.
How do I know I will get paid?
Please be sure you follow all survey instructions, use the exact products specified, submit all requested unique and original photos, and finish the survey. You will know you have finished when you see the "Thank You" page and receive a "Thank You" email. If you followed all instructions correctly, you will be validated for payment, and we will send your cashback in the timeframe indicated. If you still have not received your payment after that timeframe, please contact support@flavorwiki.info.
Why wasn't I paid for my submission?
Please make sure that you have finished the survey and submitted the photos following our instructions. If you followed all these instructions and you still haven't received the payment in five business days, please contact our support team at support@flavorwiki.info. We will take another look at your submission and, if there is an error on our side, we will correct it asap.
Sharing FlavorWiki
How do I share the surveys with my friends and family?
Your UNIQUE sharing link appears at the bottom of each question, on your Taster Dashboard, and in the emails we send you after survey completion. Your friends should use this EXACT link to sign up and take the survey. They must complete the full tasting and be validated for you to receive your reward.
Why wasn’t I paid for my referrals?
If you were not paid for a successful referral, please contact our support team at support@flavorwiki.info. Please include the new taster’s name and the link you used for referral, and we will resolve it right away. Please note that we only pay sharing rewards if your referrals become tasters.
