    Dan Kurzrock is the Co-Founder and Chief Grain Officer of Upcycled Foods, Inc, (ReGrained), a leading platform driving innovation in the upcycled food economy. A passionate advocate for regenerative and circular food systems, Dan also serves as a founding board officer of the Upcycled Food Association and Upcycled Food Foundation.Under his leadership, Upcycled Foods has developed patented technology to transform byproducts into high-value ingredients, partnering with manufacturers to reduce food waste. Dan’s work has been recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 in Food & Beverage and other industry honors. He regularly speaks at major events like Natural Products Expo, GreenBiz Circularity, and the ReFED Food Waste Summit. Dan holds a BA from UCLA and an MBA in sustainable business from Presidio Graduate School.
