  • Daniel Protz is the Founder & CEO of FlavorWiki. He holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford Business School. His professional background includes top global firms like Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Groupon, where he designed, built and implemented technology to support inventory, customer service, content publishing and pricing automation for 1 Billion+ USD e-commerce businesses.

  • Eurof Uppington is the Founder & CEO of Amfora Sarl, a regenerative agriculture and impact startup. Amfora is an omni channel B2B brand that sells farm-to kitchen artisanal Mediterranean foods, mainly, extra-virgin olive oil. They deliver in bulk, direct to restaurants, retailers, and consumers, providing marketing scale for farmers who use regenerative cultivation. Before starting Amfora, Eurof had 20 years of experience in investing in equity markets, as a technology portfolio manager. He is British (for now), living in Switzerland.
