Daniel Protz is the Founder & CEO of FlavorWiki. He holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford Business School. His professional background includes top global firms like Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Groupon, where he designed, built and implemented technology to support inventory, customer service, content publishing and pricing automation for 1 Billion+ USD e-commerce businesses.

Jasper Schouten has had an adventurous career in the food ingredients industry. He is CEO and Co-Founder of 1-2-Taste, a digital marketplace for food ingredients and services. After completing a Masters degree from Wageningen University in the Netherlands, working for major Global Food Ingredients companies took him to Egypt, China and Dubai, giving him an appreciation of regional differences as well as commercial challenges. Jasper is passionate about revolutionizing the B2B food industry through its platform and through building smart connections.
