FlavorWiki is an online market research platform seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our multi-national team of professionals and help develop long-lasting relationships with existing clients and ensure that every project is conducted successfully. Your role will be to assist and attend to the client’s needs and requests, with the help of the teams working in Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Technology. 

This is a remote position, so you will need your own computer or laptop, and you must have a fiber internet connection. You should be available during working hours in European or US time zones. The Customer Support Representative should be fluent in written and spoken English and have previous experience working with remote teams and agile technologies. Ideal candidates will have some experience in project management and/or client support. Additional languages are a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily needs and communication with clients, with supervision of team lead.

  • Build and maintain successful relationships with current clients.

  • Provide timely responses and solutions to project’s stakeholders.

  • Communicate client’s needs clearly and on-time to the Operations Team for execution.

  • Update and monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are correct and on-schedule.

  • Report back to higher management in a clear and effective way.

  • Other related tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements: 

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask.
